Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article examines the requests for differentiated autonomy in the framework of the failed reform of the regional autonomies launched in 2001. It examines the effects of that reform from a distance and raises questions in terms of capacity to maneuver the public budget if the current reform proposals were approved.
