Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay proposes the results of a research carried out in some groups of Alcoholics Anonymous. In particular, it is discussed how the experience in AA's self-mutual aid groups is connected to empowerment in its three dimensions: individual, organizational, community.
