Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The review highlights the contribution of the Author of the reviewed text in critically evaluating the applicable penal rules with respect to inadequate conduct from a preventive point of view implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic and, also, in defining criminal policy lines for an effective contrast , not only criminal law, of the risks associated with health emergency situations.
