Abstract

The article analyzes a recent decision of the State Council on exemption from the contribution of construction, provided for in Article. 17, paragraph 3, letter. c) Presidential Decree June 6, 2001, n. 380. The Administrative Courts have repeatedly considered the case of a work of general interest made by an individual, but the proposed solutions highlight critical issues, given that the exemption is recognized only in favor of private concessionaries.
