Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Taking into account the reflections contained in a volume published by a person to whom the punishment of life imprisonment is applied and who finds himself in conditions which appear legally impeding, pursuant to art. 4-bis ord. penit., of any modification of the executive regime, the written exposes the reasons of the unacceptability, even from the constitutional point of view, of a penal sanction without the prospect of an "end of sentence", despite the confirmation of a re-education of the condemned.
