Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In organizational theory, most works try to determine the supremacy of one pure form of organization over another, comparing the virtues of the market, the network and the hierarchy. This article intends to move this theoretical debate, in favor of a polymorphic conception of the organization, constantly combining different models of coordination and management perceived in an alternative and incompatible way in the literature. The argument is based on the idea that no company can correspond to an ideal organizational type, due to the processes of change and management, during which to trap more logic of actions and different methods of coordination and control. A case study aims to support this idea of organizational interweaving, considered as inevitable in a dynamic perspective.
