Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes risks and opportunities with respect to links in Web 2.0. After some interpretative premises, some traits that expose the onlife life and the communication exchanges that characterize it are deepened. Some of these, if well known, can also be used for counter-narrative and hatred campaigns. This means developing an idea of media competence which is not only a matter of decoding the message, but calls into question, first of all, training issues for a project that is cultural, social and political. This indication is also reread in the light of Pope Francis' message for social communications for 2019.
