Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In an increasingly complex, uncertain and fragile world, it is essential to rethink the principles that underlie social and economic development and peaceful coexistence at the local and global level. This effort is even more urgent if we consider the radical questioning of multilateralism, international cooperation and global solidarity as tools to face the complex challenges of the modern world.
