In particular, we distinguish the "typical" receipt - to which the regulation on the "revocation" of the confession that involves the delimitation of the cases of invalidation of the declaration determined by error of fact or violence (art. 2732 cc) - is applied by analogy. from the "favorable" receipt - to which the simulation regulation is applied also with regard to the limitations on the admissible means of proof (art. 1417 cc) - and the "atypical" receipt - which is finally applied, again by analogy, to the regulation of out-of-court confession made to a third party which allows the admissibility of any other common means of investigation, including witness evidence.
