Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Psychological and pedagogical literature have always reflected on the importance of motivation, especially in relation to contexts of complexity and on how crucial this variable is in the success of each person's educational path. On the one hand, we can consider the characteristics, the experiential experience, the social context of belonging, which determine the starting conditions, the baggage of each person, on the other, the laws, the decrees, the same national and international documents that they outline the normative and conceptual frame of reference, which constitute the ground, in which to root one's existential and formative history. This contribution analyzes the role that motivation and well-being assume in the face of the complexity that has long seemed to characterize the Italian school system, especially in the period of health emergency we are experiencing.
