Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Italian company is called to govern its competitive repositioning. The reticular aggregations typical of our territories, such as industrial districts or sub-supply chains, are no longer sufficient to generate this repositioning, since they are emerging aggregations, not strategically designed to achieve a goal. The article presents an evolutionary path, empirically represented by two case studies, which leads to the definition of the concept of strategic network, that is to say consciously designed to reposition the companies that are part of it in a segment with a higher added value in the chain of value.
