Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution examines one of the most important tools of social and health integration present today: the Healthcare Residences (RSA). The authors focus on the following aspects: the nature of RSAs; their financing; in this regard, the question - controversial - of the participation of the relatives of the patients in the payment of hospitalization fees.
