Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Global presentation of civil issues and their collections composed and used in the legal university of the century XII. The problem of attributions has been addressed. The casus quaestionum were published and a comparison was made between them. The critical edition of an unknown collection of questions by Azzone was taken care of, preserved in a single manuscript (Biblioteca capitolare of Leon, Spain) and was compared with the parallel questions of Pillio da Medicina. The work is concluded by the principle and a thematic index of all the surviving questions.
