Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] At the aggregate level, the Emilia-Romagna zootechnical PDB in 2011 recorded a + 8%, which derives from price increases in the beef, cda, beef and pork sectors, which offset the quantitative decline, both in terms of quantity and prices for the poultry sector and solely the effect of dairy prices.
