Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] According to SINAB data, in 2018 there are 3,144 biological operators in Lombardy, 483 more than the previous year. There are 1,989 organic producers (+ 16.9% compared to 2017) of which 1,517 are exclusive producers (+ 20.6%), to which are added 472 companies that carry out both agricultural and processing activities (+6 , 5%).
