Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] “Licence, booklet and insurance. Concilia?” So says Gigi Proietti in the role of the unforgettable Mandrake. In the film, the unfortunate victim, who ends up in the clutches of the fraudulent policeman, reconciles, or pays the fine. To reconcile means to peacefully settle a dispute between two parties by means of an agreement. In the managerial context, conciliation practices aim to find an agreement between private life and working life, between family and work. However, life, family and work are inextricably linked, even intertwined; it would be nice to be able to think of a world in which it is no longer necessary to reconcile our naturally multiple identities of workers, mothers, fathers, children... But is it "really" possible?
