Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the recent reform of the public system of employment services, contained in the legislative decree n. 150 of 2015, and in particular the relations between state and regional legislative powers, highlighting the limits that the construction of a national network meets in the implementation of the right to work.
