Abstract
This work is the result of long archival research. At the end of them were
found unpublished documents very important from the historic and legal side:
they are the observations of the Code de Procédure civile done by the judges
of the Reing of Naples on request of Gioacchino Murat (1814). This realizes
the attempt to nationalize the Code.
