Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] This essay constitutes an analysis of the trends of criminal organizations in Europe and in Italy. The purpose is to understand what is changing and how, to reflect on future developments in prevention and contrast policies. It is a work that brings together analysis, forecasting and imagination, all useful elements to understand whether the current tools available to combat organized crime are still fit for purpose or need to be updated and, if so, how and where.
