Le obbligazioni plurisoggettive.

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume investigates, in a reconstructive critical key, the multi-subjective obligations as regulated by the articles 1292 -1320 of the civil code. The first part, of a general nature, aims to outline the extension of the solidarity operational area and in particular the criteria on the basis of which the presumption of passive solidarity referred to in art. 1292, according to a functional and not exclusively structural perspective. It also investigates the solidarity regime. The second part deals analytically with the discipline of the events of solidarity obligations, whether they are regulated in a typical way by the law or can be reconstructed systematically. The third part deals instead with the regulation of indivisible obligations and its relations with solidarity, as well as that of of jointly implemented obligations.
