Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to explore and describe the relationship between professional cultures in service and professional cultures in training of educators with reference to particularly articulated and complex modes of transmission. Object of interest and study are professional knowledge and the possibility of bringing out new knowledge, professional mediations in a learning situation, epistemology and implicit references used within the academic world and that of educational services.
