Le librerie bresciane del terzo millennio. Un’indagine conoscitiva

[Autom. eng. transl.] The results of a survey carried out in the city and province of Brescia regarding the transformations that traditional bookstores are experiencing after the advent of the Internet (and therefore e-commerce applied to the world of books) and the first massive affirmation of the phenomenon of e-books. The results are interesting because they show that, in a rather significant sample, the feared collapse of the traditional book trade has not yet occurred, even if the current situation engages bookstores, even the smallest ones, to some important and urgent innovations. The developments of the last twenty years are taken into consideration.
