Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The objective of the contribution is to give an account of the need to renew learning methods within the public body, starting from the organizational and managerial complexity that is experiencing and on the basis of the pressures for innovation that come from an increasingly numerous whole of interlocutors. The correlation between organizational change and change in learning methods is investigated, making use of the so-called three "t" model: technology, talent, tolerance (proposed by Richard Florida in 2003) as engines of development.
