Abstract

The article, which reproduces, with the addition of the footnotes, the text of a report at a conference, deals with the most significant problems related to the work in religiously and ideologically oriented organisations. The author, in particular, focuses upon the relevance that must be attributed to the exercise of tasks characterized by the religion or ideology of the organization.
