Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay gives an account of a research carried out in some Italian regions on the use of ICT in the health field. In particular, we tried to analyze how the introduction of ICT has or has not favored the participation of citizens in health care through the implementation of the Electronic Health Record.
