Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The health emergency linked to the spread of the Covid-19 accounted for all families a wave of stressful events it has tested the ability to adaptation. Numerous have been recorded changes in negative terms (e.g., care overload, difficult conciliation between personal and working life), but also not few positive changes (e.g., more time to spend with the children). The This contribution focuses attention on as a particular type of family, the adoptive one, which in its path already has had to deal with numerous critical events, it is measured with the specific stressors related to pandemic. Contrary to the stereotype widespread, it turned out that adoptive parents are been more able to react, from the point of view emotional, so balanced in the face to the health emergency. Specifically, the adoptive mothers seem to have been affected less the potentially traumatic aspects of consequences related to the pandemic period e have been shown to possess multiple individual, couple and social resources; on the other hand though, given the additional challenges linked to the adoptive path, they show a lowest level of satisfaction with relationship with the children, despite this seems to increase in the pandemic period.
