Abstract

The article reproduces, with the adding of footnotes, the speech delivered by the Author at the Conference held in Bononia on 18 June 2014, on the theme of employee participation. The article deals with the experience of three European Countries, which are very interesting under that respect, but not very often studied: The Netherlands, France and Sweden.
