Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The rethinking of professional training at the center of the international debate also involves the world of education and socio-educational interventions. It is increasingly important that the training of educators bring out reflective professionals who know how to act as researchers in their educational work, reflecting on their own practices, experimenting daily and in this way learning to make their skills evident. Since its inception, the degree course in Educational Sciences has been characterized by its strong innovative role and the professionalizing dimension of university education. Alongside the theoretical disciplines, the degree program includes internship activities for students in order to integrate the development of practical skills in the education of future professionals. If the internship becomes a bridge between theoretical frameworks and practical experiences, the internship tutor is therefore a professional who knows how to make synthesis and unity between practices and theories.
