Le competenze comunicative e relazionali nella pratica quotidiana del servizio sociale

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution explores the theme of communication and relational skills in social work as understood by the social workers interviewed. First of all, the complex nature of the object is highlighted, which even the literature struggles to define univocally. A framework emerges in which the interviewees refer to different conceptual levels, identifying now the processes, now the tools, the strategies, the facilitating and hindering attitudes. If the attention was mainly oriented to the relationship with the people benefiting from the help, with active listening emerging as the main category, some important emphases also concerned communication between peers, both intraprofessional and interprofessional, and the importance of written communication.
