Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The author retraces the good reasons of juvenile justice that he identifies in the bet for a different criminal justice, committed to responding to the negative in a planning way, refusing to duplicate it. The juvenile jurisprudence shows the overcoming of the idea of punishment as retaliatory suffering and the commitment to make personalized paths available. It is underlined the importance of the fact that the penal sanctions realize "hic et nunc" facts of preventive relief. Moreover, the historical urgency of the diffusion of a new model of justice is highlighted, well beyond just the criminal law sphere.
