Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution aims to provide a photograph of the presence of foreign workers in Italian agriculture by going into detail on the characteristics of the companies that employ them through the statistics available at the micro level. This choice, aimed at highlighting which regions and sectors are most dependent on this type of workforce for their productions, however, limited the analysis to the declared work, due to the lack of sufficient estimates that relate the company characteristics to the presence of non-regular foreign workers.
