Abstract
The disposition to work together is today more and more a possibility to look for, certainly in answer to the challenges that concern the educational professions, but also in relation to the fact that our existences take on more widespread individualistic connotations. Educational contexts are not immune to creeping forms of self-referentiality and egocentrism, which compromise the sense of being together and the value of sharing, certainly among professionals, but first among people. In this sense, participatory and interactive practices take on particular strategic importance; among these, the team work.
