Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay deals with some questions of the discipline of contract law in the energy sector, investigating the regulation prepared for this purpose by the AEEGSI, first in terms of legitimacy - which seems to be able to hinge - and then in relation to the relationships between the contents of said regulatory disciplines and the general framework of the contract in general, with particular regard to the remedy of the failure to fulfill obligations.
