Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the institution of the "Branch regulations" envisaged by the new legislation on the Third sector and the social enterprise, highlighting the profiles of ecclesiastical interest in the connection between this institute and the general principles of the subject. In addition to the description and commentary on the discipline concerning the Branch Regulations, in terms of form, content and registration requirements, the contribution focuses in particular on the ratio of the institution to the principle of confessional autonomy and its institutional declination in the safeguard clause of "respect for the structure and purpose" of ecclesiastical bodies.
