Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] These are strong and provocative words that Pope Francis encloses in the Encyclical Laudato Sì. A convinced alternation of motives of praise and arguments of "healthy indignation" towards the distortions of the present world and of the often "rapacious" ways in which every well is used of God. An appeal to our responsibility because nothing in this world is indifferent to us! The encyclical invites people, peoples and established powers to conversion. And to work with generosity and tenderness to protect the world that God has entrusted us with all the creatures. Pope Francis calls us to dialogue for a new alliance between humanity and the environment. It is the challenge to gather the cry of the poor, of our own oppressed and devastated Earth, to focus on another lifestyle!
