Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Tuscany has distinguished itself over time by a specific attention dedicated to the theme of spiritual assistance. In fact, this Region has taken steps to sign a special "standard model" agreement between the Diocese and health facilities with the Tuscan Episcopal Conference in 1987 and then deepened its commitment with a series of successive regional agreements. The paper analyzes the contents of these regional agreements, with a particular interest in their historical evolution.
