Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the results of Geert Hofstede in his book "Culture's Sequences: comparing values, behaviors, institutions, and organizations across nations", Thousands Oaks, Ca., Sage Publications, 2000 (1st and 1991) the article analyzes how it fits Guatemala within the five parameters set by Hofstede.
