Abstract

The paper proposes a reflection on the educational care as the essence of education directed to children. It raises the epistemological foundations according to the phenomenological orientation, enhances feelings and emotions as a source of relational knowledge, underscores the importance of narrating and documenting care as an expression of expertise and quality in education contexts.
