Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In the contemporary political and cultural debate, both in the western and in the Arab-Islamic context, sharia is very often perceived as a corpus of divine laws, codified or codified, to be applied in reality. The study of the historical context of origin of the sharia and the analysis of its linguistic roots, both in the language in use at the time when Islam was born and in the Koranic language, confirm this perception, or favor a wider interpretation. profound of sharia? This is the question we will try to answer in this article.
