Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Learning is essential for both workers and companies, in the awareness that learning promotes both individual and social well-being and that there is a circularity between the learning of the individual and that of the organization.
The article focuses on two ways of promoting learning in work organizations. On the one hand, the work learning place, learning incidentally in one's work context, in which experience and participation are central from a pedagogical point of view. On the other hand, the training intentionally offered to workers, which inevitably requires renewed methods, and must start from the places of natural learning.
