Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Aldo Manuzio published in the early 16th century the editio princeps of the Greek text of the Life of Apollonius of Tiana written by Filostrato at the beginning of the Common Era. This edition is very problematic from a philological and interpretative point of view, but allows us to illuminate the very concept of Christian humanism advocated by Aldo.
