Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] A school that aims to embrace the inclusive approach asks questions about the quality of the training offer, the organizational structure and the pedagogical model of reference and is characterized by the passage: - from school as a bureaucratic organization to an educational community; - from a school centered on transmissive teaching, to an institution centered on learning and research. The transition from an "integrating" to one "including" entity cannot be limited to a modification of teaching, but must globally involve the structural, organizational and value set-up of the institution itself.
