Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the affirmation and development of the fascist system of city government in the city of Milan, considering the failure of the administrative experience of the ruling class coming from the Fascist Party and its replacement with members of the more traditional noble class leadership, legacy to environments representative of local interests, especially real estate.
