Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the criminal and administrative discipline of the categories of stock manipulation in the Italian legal system. In particular, with regard to the pricing on listed financial instruments - governed by Articles 185 ss. TUF - the essay examines the complex relationships existing between the criminal manipulation of the market and the corresponding administrative offense, on which Consob is called upon to rule.
