Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution offers an overview of the foster care of unaccompanied foreign minors in Italy, starting from the legislative provision of Law 47/2017. Once the conditions and difficulties of applying this institute in the case of MSNA have been defined, some successful practices are presented thanks to the collaboration between public bodies and third sector organizations.
