Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, after having examined the substantial and procedural profiles of parental authority in the natural filiation and the applicability to the latter of joint custody, critically analyzes the reform projects (in particular, the cc.dd. Paniz I, II and III) aimed at replacing the joint custody with the shared custody, showing the possible systematic repercussions.
