Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The socio-cultural demands of our time call for the development of widespread learning, throughout life. This requires paying attention to the theme of adult learning, in order to outline training perspectives that can promote people's growth. This work started from three questions: who are adults today? How do they learn? What training to promote learning? It is necessary to reflect, from a pedagogical point of view, on what training should be promoted, for what purposes, with what methods, driven by what values. Answering these questions forces us to problematize the concept of learning, no longer understood as a simple accumulation of notions, but as a transformative process that leads to changing, modifying, our conceptions and representations. Today, training with adults means arranging spaces and times to help the subject review their practices, recognizing and validating the skills that are contained in them. Among the possible paths, classroom training, training beyond the classroom and self-training are analyzed.
