Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay examines the objective notion of family abuse, referred to in art. 342 bis of the Civil Code, within the framework of the new regulation on violence in family relationships introduced by Law n. 154/2001, without neglecting the question of the systematic classification of the nature of the protection orders issued by the judge and the coordination with the measures referred to in Articles 330 and 333 cc in the context of the judgments de potestate.
