Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work focuses on the innovations introduced in the field of environmental impact assessment by Legislative Decree no. 104/2017 and by the d.l. n. 77/2021. After having offered a framework of the EIA, the Author dwells on the analysis of the regulations inherent in the phases subsequent to the release of the single measures provided for by art. 27 and 27-bis of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006.
