Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Fashion designates the custom or taste of the moment that changes due to a continuous search for new, identifying a distinctive trait of clothing, intrinsically linked to a typically registered trademark. Evolutionary trends intersect with technological innovation (FashionTech) e with digital clothes, which allow you to enjoy a virtual experience. The evaluation metrics are intended for out-of-court estimates (for trade marks, etc.) or related to disputes that arise, typically, from counterfeiting.
